The Nordic Whaler’s design dates back to around AD 900, when the Vikings navigated the rugged northern seas. Their boatbuilding traditions laid the foundation for the faering, a sleek, clinker-built boat with a distinctive straight bow and a double ended stern.
From this rich maritime heritage, the Nordic Whaler was born. Today, it is crafted from high-quality aluminium, combining authentic details with modern technology.

For comfortable, safe and enjoyable boating, a toilet, a sink with tap, refrigerator and USB connection all come as standard. Every detail is carefully considered, giving the boat an elegant, luxurious feel without compromising on practicality. And, of course, the X8 is low-maintenance and self-draining.
We offer a 5-year unconditional warranty on the entire aluminium structure, both above and below the waterline.

The X8 is available with powerful outboard engines (Aurora series) delivering up to 200 hp and speeds of up to 60 km/h. It is also available as a fully electric model (Saga series) powered by GreenMarine’s whisper-quiet electric motors, with enough range for up to 12 hours of continuous cruising.
